Black Rayne Productions is always looking for well put together professionals to assist us in our progression. Even though we are an adult entertainment company and "sex" is our business we are founded and governed by a set of principles that have launched us to the status we are right now. Editors & Writers

     One of the missions of Black Rayne Productions is to launch an innovative and erotic magazine that not only showcases our talent but also speaks to the community as a whole. We are working even now developing our concept for release in early 2012. We are NOW looking for those who have experience in the magazine industry, writers, editors and those willing to learn. Senior Video Editor

     The Senior Video Editor is responsible for the majority of all video edits. This individual must posses a solid and advanced knowledge of video editing software, more specifically Final Cut by Apple. This individual must have a creative and erotic mind as the video edits they produce will reflect that in their work. The video editor is generally a part time job and work is assigned as shoots are set up. The Senior Video Editor will work closely with the Director of Videography in creative and concept design for each edit. Videographers

     Videographer are always needed. This person MUST have some experience in adult videography or some advanced level of mainstream videography. This person must also have some solid understanding of lighting as well. Videographers work on a schedule that is put together by the Director of Videography and the Executive Producer. This person must also have a solid knowledge of how to use and maintain HD video cameras and have a steady hand. They are responsible to ensure that the "perfect" shots are captured and that we have quality footage with adequate lighting based on the type of video shoot being filmed. Photographers

     Phorographers like videographers are generally contract staff. They work when we have need for them. Photographers will be responsible for capturing "excellent quality photos" of the models during solo photo shoots and duo/group video shoots. They are required to have a solid knowledge and understanding of high resolution camera equipments, lighting and placement. They must also have an eye for the "shot" as they will work closely with the set director in relation to what needs to be captured. We provide photographers with a photo bank so they will have an idea of the type of shots we need of each model. Add your flare and creative mind to it and whala, we have sexy, award winning photos of our models. Thats how they STAY ELITE! Photographers must have their own camera equipment to assume this position within the company. Model Recruiters

     Field recruiters are an extremely important part of the company. They are responsible for finding the "undiscovered" talent throughout the country. Model recruiters can utilize all types of methods to recruit models. Many of our recruiters work clubs, parties, social networking sites anda host of other methods to pull those who will enhance and increase our overall image. These individuals must be VERY outgoing, sexy, convincing and overall possess a high quality of professional decorum. Generally we have a model recruiter in a certain demographic of the country or a specific city. They are the "street" voice of Black Rayne Productions and are a vital part to our overall image and healthy reputation. They are the front line in our quest to secure professional, sexy, ambitious and career minded models. INTERNS

    Often we find people who are interested in the adult industry and want to help out in any way they can. We do not have a "professinal" training program for interns but those in our local areas, Charlotte or Atlanta may request to do "volunteer" intern work in any of the above mentioned areas. We have no problem providing references to those who may look to pursue any of the above mentioned areas in the future.
